Dr. Roland Hamilton, Jr is a board-certified Neurologist and Fellowship-trained Neurophysiologist.
Dr. Hamilton attended Seton Hall University and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School/University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey.
He completed his Neurology residency and Neurophysiology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina where he also participated in the Sports Concussion Clinic and concussion research.
Dr. Hamilton has worked as a Neurohospitalist in Metropolitan Atlanta, GA and a telemedicine company.
He is married to his beautiful wife, and they have 3 lovely children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, church, community activities and sports.
Terrance L. Hughes, M.D., is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine with more than 20 years of experience delivering advanced, non-surgical care for spine and musculoskeletal conditions. He is dedicated to a holistic, patient-centered approach—taking the time to understand each individual’s lifestyle, goals, and unique needs to create personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Hughes emphasizes the importance of patient education, believing that informed patients are more engaged and achieve better outcomes. His treatment strategies may include physical therapy, image-guided injections, and targeted diagnostic testing, all designed to reduce pain and restore function.
With extensive experience in regenerative medicine, Dr. Hughes utilizes innovative therapies such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell treatments to support the body’s natural healing processes in joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. He is committed to offering evidence-based solutions that improve quality of life and long-term wellness.
Dr. Hughes remains at the forefront of his field by actively engaging in ongoing education, reviewing current medical literature, attending national conferences, and refining advanced procedural techniques.
Edyta Chmiel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing Education Leadership from Kennesaw State University. Her graduate research focused on alternative therapies for alleviating anxiety in cancer patients, reflecting her dedication to integrative medicine.
Throughout her nursing career, Edyta has gained diverse experience in medical-surgical units, acute and outpatient surgical oncology, home health, interventional pain management, and neurology. She has also contributed to academia by developing a Cancer Survivorship Elective course and serving as a part-time clinical instructor at Kennesaw State University's WellStar School of Nursing.
Edyta is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, The Institute of Functional Medicine, and The American Academy of Anti-Aging. She holds certifications from the American Institute of Balance in vestibular therapy and concussion management.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Edyta is involved in community service through organizations such as Bethesda Community Clinic and Canine Assistance. She enjoys art, design, interior architecture, and traveling with her family in Alpharetta.
